I have been a professional face painter for over 10 years and painted around the world as a military spouse!

I only use FDA approved paints and glitter.  Swirls Face Painting is licensed and insured to paint throughout the DMV area. 

I consider you and your guests' health to be of utmost importance!  A face mask will be worn by the artist at all times as requested and no sponges will be shared between faces.  Additional steps (such as disinfecting) can be taken between paintings as needed or requested.
